In this 3 hour workshop, you’ll be taken through the integrative approach Jason & Matt use to remove pain, optimise movement, strength and performance. All of the tools, techniques – and most importantly – the framework for understanding the human body, movement and long term spine health​.​

  • Simple movement strategies to immediately change your mobility, flexibility and overall experience with your issues.

  • Deconstructing the body – joint by joint, muscle by muscle to gain a complete understanding of how the individual regions work in isolation, and how to effectively integrate them together – as no one system works in isolation.

What if I have acute issues?

We'd recommend you see a qualified practitioner before attending this event.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Walk, bus, ride, drive. Free street parking is available although during the day is sometimes difficult and may have to wait a few minutes.
